We accept returns for purchases made on our website at www.skincare90210.com as long as the return is handled within 7 days of receipt of your order. We cannot take returns on used products.  In order to receive a refund or exchange, proof of purchase at www.skincare90210.com, such as an order confirmation email, must be sent to us at skincare90210@me.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the shipper. Refund will be made in the amount of the purchase price. Original shipping cost cannot be refunded. Once we receive the product, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Depending on your credit card issuers, refunds can appear up to 5-7 business days to show on your statement. We cannot be responsible if your return shipment of the product is lost. We recommend the return be sent with a tracking number.
